Where do we ship?
We ship throughout Mexico. For international shipping, please contact us directly at sobrio.oaxaca@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +52 951 430 8357 before placing your order.

Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time within Mexico is 5 to 7 business days from the shipping date. Times may vary depending on the destination and the courier service available in your area.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order.

Packaging
All our bottles are packed using special materials to protect them during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged due to courier handling, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a solution.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
