Over three years ago, we started with a small collection of artisanal mezcals inside the only Tiki bar in Oaxaca City, a true Speakeasy. We evolved into Sobrio, a bar with an ever-growing collection of artisanal mezcal, sotoles, classic and signature cocktails, and Oaxacan craft beer. Our intention is to share our knowledge, and our passion for this liquid art continues to grow. We are a small team of spirits enthusiasts, and we want you to join this micro-community.
